The location of the hotel in the heart of the city is one of the things that I loved. It was very close to the central plaza, so it was very easy for me to get around this city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top notch, especially the open-to-the-sky patio that was filled with beautiful plants and birds. Another thing I appreciated was the wonderful Guatemalan breakfast that I was able to request. Lastly, the staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
All was good.

the rooms were beautifully decorated and had a nice ambiance. the staff was very kind and pleasant to deal with. the breakfast was a simple and tasty affair. the garden was lovely with many different types of birds that added to the beauty of this relaxing hotel.

Great Service and Breakfast, Convenient Location
During my recent trip to Antigua, I had a great experience at this conveniently located hotel. The service was excellent and the staff always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided was simply amazing, with a range of options and fresh ingredients that made it a highlight of our stay.
While there were many positives, there were also some drawbacks to our stay. One issue was the limited room availability, as we had requested a certain type of room but were unable to get it upon arrival.

The hotel is located in a convenient place very close to the center of town, making it easy to access many of the sights. In the surrounding area, there are plenty of restaurants and activities to enjoy. the staff is friendly and helpful, making for a good first impression.
The room was a bit lacking in terms of cleanliness, and the bathroom was smaller than expected.
